Kaju Ki Barfi :
Kaju Ki Barfi An easy yet delicious way to prepare your favourite kaju burfi in minutes 
INGREDIENTS

Kaju 150 gms.
Khoa /Mawa 150 gms
Maida 50 gms.
Milk ½ cup.
Condensed milk ½ tin

METHOD

  1.  Crush the kaju into a fine powder using your chutney / dry grinder.
  2. Put all the ingredients together and grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Transfer this paste into a thick bottomed pan and cook on a slow flame until the mixture starts to leave your pan; and starts forming a round ball like mass at the centre of the pan.
  4. Put the mixture into a greased tray and roll out as thinly as possible ( approx 1/8 inch) thickness should be fine.
  5. Cool, cut into diamond shapes and here you are with your delicious home made kaju burfi.
