INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 2 nos.
Carrots 1 nos.
Capsicums 1 nos.
Onions 1 small.
Garlic ½ tbsp.
Oil 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Pepper powder ½ tbsp.
Soya sauce ½ tbsp.
Ajinomoto A pinch.
Bread slices 8 - 10 nos.
Maida 6 - 8 tbsp.
Water As required.
Oil for frying |
METHOD
-
In a pan heat oil, add finely chopped garlic, add in onions,
sauté add finely chopped carrots, fry well add in seasonings
to taste and finally add capsicums, mix well fry for a
minute and cool.

Mix
together the boiled mashed potato and the vegetable mixture
well and form a dough add a little maida if required.

Cut
out bread into round coins apply sufficient quantity of this
mixture on the coins.

Mix
maida and water to form a thick batter dip each coins in it
and deep fry until well browned. Ideally bake the coins without
dipping in the batter and serve hot.
