INGREDIENTS

Potatoes - 4-5 medium sized.
Green Chillies - 3-4 finely chopped.
Bread - 3 slices (crumbed) fresh.
Cornflour - 3 tbsp.
Shahi Jeera - ½ tbsp.
Kutmeer - 2 tbsp.
Finely chopped.
Salt - to taste.
Oil - to fry.

METHOD

  1. Boil the potatoes, cool, peel and mash then up well.
  2. Add to it chopped chillies, salt, kutmeer, shahi jeera, bread crumbs (fresh) cornflower and mix well, check for salt.
  3. Portion out individual tikkis either round or in attractive shapes and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain on   kitchen paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
