This
is a Sindhi speciality potato preparation, potatoes fried twice pressed
and flavoured with dry masalas! |
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled/Raw
Potatoes : 3-4 nos
Oil : for deep frying
Salt : to taste
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Jeera powder : 1 tsp
Chaat masala or Amchur powder : 1/2 tsp

METHOD
- Peel the
potatoes and cut into thick dices
- Fry in hot
oil once, remove and using a kitchen cloth, press it down to form
a disc.
- Again fry
the pressed potato in hot oil until golden brown
- Drain on
kitchen paper
- Sprinkle
all dry masala and salt on top.
- Serve hot!
