SAYAL MASALO The authentic sindhi coriander masala that is used in preparing vegitables, bread, chapatis etc.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Green Chillies - 2-3 nos
Garlic - 6-8 cloves
Ginger - 1" piece
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Water - as required (approx 1 cup)

METHOD

  1. Clean the coriander leaves remove all stems and wash in a colander thoroughly until all dirt is well washed away.
  2. Peal the ginger and garlic, chop the chillies & tomatoes.
  3. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to a fine paste.

Use immediately or in 2 tbsp of oil add 1tbsp jeera powder, fry the masala and refrigerate untill used.
