SINDHI KUTTI A wheat flour festive preparation, served during Satyanarayan puja with sliced fruits etc.

INGREDIENTS:

Atta : 500 gms
Sugar : 3 cups
Ghee : 1 & 1/2 cup

METHOD

  1. Heat the ghee in a thick bottomed pan, add the atta, fry it on a low flame till it gets its aroma released.
  2. Stir this mixture continuously on else it shall give out a burnt flavour.
  3. Remove from the flame and now add in the sugar, mix well and let it cool down completely.
  4. Serve as prasad with sliced fruits!
