Sindhi Kachumbo :
SINDHI KACHUMBO An ideal Sindhi accompaniment, onion lachas in vinegar served with meals!

INGREDIENTS:

Onions : 2 nos
Lime Juice : 2 tsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Water : 1 cup

METHOD

  1. Slice the onions and place in a colander and wash thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl add water vinegar, salt, lime juice and mix in the sliced onions.
  3. Leave it in for 15-20 mins
  4. Drain and arrange on a salad plate
  5. Serve with meals!
