Sindhi Chilla :
SINDHI CHILLA A classic Sindhi besan omelette with vegetables of your choice!

INGREDIENTS:

esan : 1/2 cup
Green Chillies : 2 nos finely chopped
Tomatoes : 1 no, finely chopped
Onions : 1 no finely chopped
Coliander leaves : 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Water : 1/2 cup
Soda bi carb : a pinch

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together besan, soda bi carb and all the chopped vegetables, salt, chilli powder and a little water and make a thick batter.
  2. Rest for 10-12 minutes
  3. Heat a tava, spinkle a little oil pour spoonfulls of this batter and spread evenly
  4. Pour oil as required and prepare Chillas
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup & bread!
