A
classic Sindhi besan omelette with vegetables of your choice! |
INGREDIENTS:
Besan
: 1/2 cup
Green Chillies : 2 nos finely chopped
Tomatoes : 1 no, finely chopped
Onions : 1 no finely chopped
Coliander leaves : 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Water : 1/2 cup
Soda bi carb : a pinch

METHOD
- In a bowl
mix together besan, soda bi carb and all the chopped vegetables,
salt, chilli powder and a little water and make a thick batter.
- Rest for
10-12 minutes
- Heat a tava,
spinkle a little oil pour spoonfulls of this batter and spread
evenly
- Pour oil
as required and prepare Chillas
- Serve hot
with tomato ketchup & bread!
