Spring Salad With Yoghurt-N-Rum :
SPRING SALAD WITH YOGHURT-n-RUM DRESSING Spring Salad with Yoghur-n-rum dressing.

INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Carrots - 2 nos
Radishes - 2-4 nos
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Lettuce - 2 bunches

For Dressing (blend well and chill):
Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Rum - 2 tsp
Sugar - to taste

METHOD

  1. Cut the cabbage, radishes & carrots into shreds, dices etc. arrange on a bed of lettuce, serve the chilled and delicious rum-n-yoghurt dressing with the salad.
  2. Serve chilled!
