Prawn Cocktail :
PRAWN COCKTAIL Prawn Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled, Shelled, derained prawns - 1/2 cup.

For Cocktail Sauce:
Mayonnaise sauce - 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Tabasco sauce - a dash

To Serve:
In champagne saucers. On a bed of shredded lettuce.

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together all ingredients for the cocktain sauce & chill.
  2. Add in the boiled prawns, mix well, check for seasoning.
  3. Serve in champagne saucers on a bed of shredded lettuce.
  4. Garnish with sliced olives, hard boiled egg, a whole shrimp with its tail on and a sprig of parsley and a wedge of lemon.
  5. Serve chilled!
