Paneer Dilruba :
PANEER DILRUBA An exotic paneer preparation, low in calories, with mild flavours!

INGREDIENTS:
Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup diced
Salt - to taste
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - to taste
Crushed black pepper - to taste
Lime Juice - 2 tsp
Diced capsicums - 1/2 cup
Diced onions - 1/4 cup

METHOD

  1. Marinade the paneer cubes with all the masalas, lime juice and keep aside for few minutes.
  2. Skewer the paneer cubes with capsicums and bake in the oven topped with grated cheese grills for a few minutes and serve hot!
