An
exotic paneer preparation, low in calories, with mild flavours! |
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup diced
Salt - to taste
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - to taste
Crushed black pepper - to taste
Lime Juice - 2 tsp
Diced capsicums - 1/2 cup
Diced onions - 1/4 cup

METHOD
- Marinade
the paneer cubes with all the masalas, lime juice and keep aside
for few minutes.
- Skewer the
paneer cubes with capsicums and bake in the oven topped with grated
cheese grills for a few minutes and serve hot!
