Bread
and Butter Pudding |
INGREDIENTS:
Bread Slices - 6-8 nos
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 5-6 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
Eggs - 2 nos
Raisins - 8-10 nos
Cashewnuts - 4-5 nos
Nutmegpd - a pinch

METHOD
- Butter the
sliced bread and cut into squares
- Boil the
milk and soak the bread in it for 10-15 mins
- Beat the
eggs with sugar and nutmeg and vanilla essence pour over the bread
mixture. Sprinkle all the nuts.
- Pour into
a greased baking dish & bake/steam until done.
- Bake it at
180' C / 360' F for 15-20 mins
- Remove slice
and serve warm!
