Bread & Butter Pudding :
BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING Bread and Butter Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
Bread Slices - 6-8 nos
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 5-6 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
Eggs - 2 nos
Raisins - 8-10 nos
Cashewnuts - 4-5 nos
Nutmegpd - a pinch

METHOD

  1. Butter the sliced bread and cut into squares
  2. Boil the milk and soak the bread in it for 10-15 mins
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar and nutmeg and vanilla essence pour over the bread mixture. Sprinkle all the nuts.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish & bake/steam until done.
  5. Bake it at 180' C / 360' F for 15-20 mins
  6. Remove slice and serve warm!
