INGREDIENTS:
Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - to taste
Bananas - 2-3 ripe
Vanilla essence - few drops

METHOD

1. Boil the milk with sugar and dissolve the custard powder in a little cold milk and add it to the milk, stiming contineously, blend it in boil for a few minutes. check for sweetness.
2. Cook the custard till it coats the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat add vanilla and mix well.
3. Cool, add sliced bananas and chill, serve chilled!
